Our Week with Cleaning and a Trip to the Mountains

Happy Monday Friends. What a weekend! We had the best time in the mountains for the day! I am going to recap all that fun and all of last week. (Hint I was very productive)

If you blogged today, grab our graphic and link up below.

Monday, October 12th-

The kids were out of school so I dropped Ian off at the golf course before I headed to workout.

After I got home, Ella and I got ready and went to lunch with our favorite guy. On our way home, we stopped by Ulta so Ella could spend her gift cards.

Once we got home, it was all the laundry from the weekend since we had a busy one. I made Chicken Fajita Soup for dinner. I shared the recipe on Friday.

I posted these two looks for y'all to vote and B won. This was a hard look for me. I am just getting started with my makeup journey. Meaning I am trying new colors and techniques.  I use to wear the same colors all the time no matter if it was day or night.

Tuesday, October 13th-

I took the kids to school and then I started CLEANING! I cleaned up our shed. I should have taken a before picture. You couldn't even walk in it. See all the CHRISTMAS decorations?? I can't wait to pull them OUT!

After I finished the shed, I moved into the house and cleaned and cleaned. I finally sat down at 6:20 when dinner was cooking and that was a big mistake. HA I was so sore.

Once dinner was over and cleaned up, I soaked in an epsom salt bath, took a shower, and fell in the bed.

Wednesday, October 14th-

I dropped the kids off at school, went to work out, played with a pumpkin look. I almost didn't share this look because it's bad y'all and I have so much to learn but that's why I went ahead and shared because I want to be able to see my progress. I ended up using a filter because the orange was very splotchy and my blue eyes really stood out against the black. I really need to work on my points.

That afternoon, my gang went to the golf course and I stayed home to work on my FaceBook pages and clean up the Etsy Shop.

I decided to go back to one Instagram account and 3 Facebook accounts. I know I am so wishy washy with these accounts but I am finally happy with this set up!

That evening I booked our DISNEY trip and it was so exciting.

Friday, October 16th-

I dropped the kids off at school, went to workout, and then worked on all the orders. Then I picked up the kids and we had Family Pictures at Legend's!

I can't wait to see them. Ella went to the high school game with a friend while Ben, Ian, and I wen to mexican for dinner.

Saturday, October 17th-

We were up EARLY and on the road to the mountains. We stopped at The Dillard House in Dillard, GA for breakfast but Ben picked up CFA for me and the dogs. We ate in the car and then walked the grounds. Then the boys headed to Sky Valley golf resort for a round of golf while the girls drove up to Highlands, NC to SHOP!

The dogs were just miserable shopping.

Trixie love Aunt Kim!

So does Duke!

A little after 2, the girls headed back down the mountain to watch the boys come in.

I love these ladies!

Trixie was excited to see her Bubba.

These 4 had a great time on the golf course! Please check out Ben and Ian's outfits.

We got home in plenty of time to watch the GA/BAMA game. It was ugly y'all.

I feel asleep in the 3rd quarter. I told y'all before I love the DAWGS but I don't understand football and I'm just about the party! HA

Sunday, October 18th-

My boys headed to the golf course AGAIN. Ella slept in and I watched church online.

After church, I ran a few errands and then went I got home I got busy cleaning up the house, all the laundry, watering plants, prepping my planner, blogging, etc.

Then I snapped a few pictures of Ella's new friend that she got on Saturday.

Meet Frank the Beta Fish!  She got this really cool tank in Highlands and then on the way home her and Grammy stopped by PetSmart.

One of the errands I ran was too HomeGoods to pick up a new pillow. I just love it in my Quiet Corner

I picked up these beautiful Sunflowers at Publix and I just LOVE them.

I love the pillow too!

I hope y'all had a GREAT weekend and Cheers to a new week.

XOXO, Heather
