My Quiet Corner

I had every intention to share a Home Tour with y'all today but with the condition of my floors and stuff everywhere that post just didn't happen. I am still waiting to hear back from the insurance company as to what our next step in getting the water damaged fixed! Lots of fun on my part...NOT! In the meantime, I am handwashing dishes SEVERAL times a day!

With all of that being said...Ian took the desk that was in the living room and added it to his room which opened up a corner of the living room for ME!!

I decided to create my own "Quiet Corner" where I plan to sip my coffee and read my daily devotionals each day!

My Skin Care Routine

Happy Tuesday Friends!! I hope your week is off to a great start! Today, I am sharing my skincare routine because I need some HELP!

After giving birth to Ella, I suffered from Melasma aka "The Mask of Pregnancy". It was awful because the darkest spots were on my upper lip resulting in what appeared to be a mustache. I went to a dermatologist and she gave me a medicine that helped with those dark spots. I can't for the life of me remember what it was called. I just remember it was a compound formula and it had to be refrigerated. Every summer, the dark spots reappear but not as bad because I take extra precautions to not expose my face to direct sunshine. It's hard because we LOVE beginning out in the sun!

Hello Monday | Royal Wedding Edition

Hello Monday, Hello last week of school, Hello SUMMER Vacation!!

Y'all have no idea how ready we are for SUMMER vacation. However, I will say I am not looking forward to the grocery bill that comes along with SUMMER break! 😉

We had another GREAT weekend despite the lack of pictures! I guess I was having to much fun to remember to take pictures!

Hello Friday! I hope everyone has had a great week! This week was much better for me than last week! A contractor came by to look at the dishwasher damage and hopefully, getting the floors fixed will not be an issue.
