Hello Monday! How was your weekend? Ours went by way to fast! I really thought we were going to have to get the boat out of storage because I feel like it has rained nonstop! We did get sunshine Saturday and Sunday so that was a win!

Happy Friday Friends! Is it raining where you? I feel like it has been raining for months here in Georgia. Everything is wet, flooding, and downright depressing. I need it to stop raining and SUNSHINE for days on end! Ok...rant over! But seriously, I need SUNSHINE! 😉

Our Week with the Flu, a Gala, and Golf

Hey Hey Tuesday! I hope everyone's week is off to a great start. It feels like Monday to us since we had yesterday off.

Today I am recapping last week.

Sunday evening (Feb. 9th), Ella said she didn't feel that good but no fever and she just sounded congested. I gave her some allergy medicine and we went on our way.

Monday morning, she said she felt ok not great but still no fever so she went onto school. About 12:30, she called and said she really didn't feel good so I went and got her. She got home and just chilled. That afternoon she started running a low grade fever so I told her that she probably wasn't going to school on Tuesday. She LOVES going to school.

But before I picked her up I dyed my hair and shared my 8 minute face.

Hello Monday | A Day in the Life

Happy Monday Friends! We had a pretty relaxing weekend. I didn't take a lot of pictures so I thought I would have A Day in the Life post!!

Here is my day. Wednesday, January 29th, 2020

My alarm went off at 5AM. Remember I like to get up before anyone else and enjoy the calmness of the house. I finally rolled out of bed at 5:15. Colder months is so hard to get up!

I set the coffee pot for 5AM before I go to bed so I know the pot is usually finished by the first snooze. I let the dogs potty and fed them,  turned on the lamps, poured my first cup of coffee and sat down with my devotional around 5:25.
