Hello Monday | Christmas' Parties & Ben's Trip to NYC

Merry Christmas Eve, friends!! I hope you all have a wonderful holiday season. We enjoyed another FRiendsMAS Friday evening, Ben had a quick over night trip to the Big Apple on Saturday while the kids and I celebrated Christmas with my family.

Y'all this time next week Christmas will be over. Can you even believe it? In 2 weeks, we will be on the 2nd day of 2019. I am having a hard time wrapping my mind around that. 

Last month I told y'all that I hadn't even started Christmas shopping well I am happy to report that I finished yesterday so all I have left is to wrap everything. I feel a few glasses of wine and a Christmas movie coming on to get that accomplished! 😉

I can't believe I am sharing my goals for the LAST month of 2018. It really is crazy how fast this year has gone by... In just a few short weeks I will be sharing my goals for 2019. That is just crazy to me.

Happy Birthday to my Ian Michael!

I can NOT believe my baby is 14 years old today. Where have the years gone??  I thought it would be fun to share some of my FAVORITE pictures of Ian over the past year... but first, let's start with my FAVORITE baby picture.

This picture is just so precious to me. Ian was in the NICU when he was born to regulate his body temperature and to get a round of antibiotics (I started running a fever while in labor and he got a fever from me). I had to leave the hospital on a Thursday and he couldn't come home until Sunday so every morning when I came back to see him this is how I found him. That was one of the HARDEST moments of my life...leaving my newborn baby at the hospital. Not to mention he was 4 DAYS LATE. He was the biggest baby in the NICU!

Happy Tuesday Friends! I hope your week is off to a great start. It's rough getting back into the swing of things after a holiday! But hey, we only have 3 more weeks until we are out for 2.5 weeks. YIPEE!

I mentioned before and you might have followed along on IG. while Ben and I were away for an 8 day/7 night cruise for his President's Trip for work. It's a trip that he earns every year and I am so proud of him for it.

Today I am finally getting around to recapping Days 1-4 of our trip.

I just wanted to let you all know how Thankful I am for each and every one of you that reads and comments on this little space of mine!!

I have decided to take the rest of the week off from blogging. My sister came into town yesterday so we had a sleepover and had the best time just laughing and catching up with each other.
We have another fun day planned for today!

Then I will spend the rest of the week with family and getting ready to host Thanksgiving this weekend with my family. I am so Grateful for these people in my life.

In between all the family festivities, I will be working on orders. I am so Blessed by my customers who continue to purchase from my little shop. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!

Thankful Jar

Happy Tuesday Friends! I hope your week is off to a great start! I'm trying to play catch up from being gone for a week! I had a very productive day yesterday so I feel much better starting off this week!!

I wanted to start a new tradition this year. I wanted to start a Thankful Jar with the hopes that family as well as friends when they stop by to write something they are thankful for at that moment. I think it will be so fun to look over these at the end of each day, week, or even the end of the month.

Hello Monday! If you need me today you can find me on the beautiful island of St. Kitts. We sailed away late last night on Royal Caribbean's Freedom of the Sea ship. We will return Sunday evening. Friday Favorites | Airplane Essentials

Happy Tuesday Friends! I finally got our internet working. I think we have too many devices connected to it and it slows it down. UGH!

Friday, I weighed in at WW. I am down another -0.6 lbs so a total of 13.8 lbs so far!! YIPEE! I would LOVE to be down 20 lbs before we leave for our cruise!

Friday evening, Ella had 5 friends come over to celebrate her birthday.  The girls arrived around 6PM. We sang Happy Birthday and opened presents.
