Our Week with the Peloton & a Family Golf Outing

Hello Monday! How was your weekend? Ours went by way to fast! I really thought we were going to have to get the boat out of storage because I feel like it has rained nonstop! We did get sunshine Saturday and Sunday so that was a win!

I recapped last Monday here so let's start with Tuesday the 18th. Everyone was back to school and on a normal schedule.

By 8:45 we all looked like this...

With Ella missing the week before with the flu and a 4 day weekend. Getting back to reality was exhausting!

Wednesday morning this happened. We got a Peloton. Going to the gym before work is not appealing to Ben because he would have to live out of a bag. He has to wear dress clothes every day and going to the gym after work only put him that much later getting home in the evenings so I mentioned looking into getting a Peloton and well it was delivered Wednesday morning!! I LOVE it! and so does Ben!

Thursday I was so OVER the rain. I was NOT a Happy Camper! I was in NEED of SUNSHINE!

Friday morning, I went to the gym and to get my hair trimmed! Then it was a whirlwind of an afternoon.

my hands have been so dry that I used our facial resurfacer to exfoliate them and then applied our shea butter body cream and they feel so much better.

I played around with the new Mystic Moss Shadowsense and love it!

Friday afternoon I dropped the kids off at the golf course to practice and play a few holes with Ben. I came home, poured a glass of wine, and started a fire!

When everyone got home we all crashed. Ben and I landed on the couch while the kids hung out in their rooms.

Trixie, of course, joined us!

Later I watched episode 2 of Dolly Parton's HeartStrings. Y'all when I tell y'all "my boys went to play golf or I dropped the kids off at the golf course" this is where I take them. It was in this episode. How Cool!

Saturday morning, my boys went to play golf 😉While Ella and I enjoyed a slow morning at home. I slept in. I didn't wake up until 9:25. Y'all I can't remember the last time I slept that late. I am always up early.

Around 1:15, Ella and I headed to the course to meet the boys for a late lunch and then they went back out to play and practice with her.

I headed home with precious cargo! 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I had the same view Saturday evening as Friday evening. I enjoyed the quiet evening at home alone.

Sunday morning, we headed to church and to brunch! Then we all headed out on the course! I rode while watching them play 9 holes. It was so nice to enjoy the sunshine!
