Our Week with Kathryn having her Wisdom Teeth Removed, Last Day of School, and The Lake.

Hey Y'all! Happy Friday! I hope y'all have had a great week. I am recapping May 19th-25th. 

Monday, May 19th- 

Ian to Work, Ben to the Office, Ella slept in since she didn't have finals this day. Coffee and Jesus for me and then I went to work out at 8:30. Then Keri and I walked 1.5 miles. My leg was hurting so bad. When I got in did a little red light therapy. I ended up being lazy and reading most of the day. 

Kathryn's mom sent Ian and I updates because she had her wisdom teeth removed. 

Kathryn did really well. 

Look at sweet Trixie enjoying me being lazy. 

I made Ritz Chicken for dinner. Cleaned up the kitchen, showered, and crashed. 

Tuesday, May 20th- 

Ian to Work, Ben to the Office, Ella slept in again because again no finals, Coffee and Jesus for me, and then Keri and I walked 2 miles. 

I ran to Publix, did laundry, cleaned the main level of the house, and the bar cart. We ended up having leftovers for dinner, and Kathryn came to stay with us. 

We got her all set up and ready to ice. 

I cleaned up the kitchen, showered, and crashed. 

Wednesday, May 21st- 

Ian to Work, Ben to the Office, Coffee and Jesus for me, I went to workout at 8:30. Ella headed to school for her only final. After I worked out, I ran a few errands. Picked up receipts, Ingles, and washed my car. 

I got home and cleaned the master bedroom and bathroom, picked up the craft room, laundry, dishwasher, etc. 

I cooked spaghetti for dinner, cleaned up, showered, and crashed. 

Thursday, May 22nd- 

Ian to Work, Ben to the Office, Coffee and Jesus for me, Ella headed to work for her Orientation, I went to work out and the walked 2 miles with Keri. I got ready and headed to my hair appointment at 11:30. 

After my appointment, I did a few returns at the UPS store and Publix. Got home, packed, loaded the car, Ella got home, packed, and then we headed to the lake. 

Brett got our boat off the lift to put his fishing boat on the lift and I got him to take this picture to send Ben. It's always something when you own a boat. UGH. 

We got Brett to drink out of a Firecracker wine glass! HA 

Brett got done with his chores and cooked his dinner at 10PM. I would be up all night with heartburn if I ate at 10PM. Oh to be young again. 

Steak and mashed potatoes. 

We stayed up talking for a little bit and as we were getting for bed... the dang smoke detector started going off. We tried new batteries. That didn't work so we think it needs to be replaced. Always something, I swear. But it was funny watching LA and Brett stand beside the smoke detectors to figure out which one was going off. 

 

We eventually made it to bed. I had 3 fans going so I wouldn't have heard if said smoke detector went off in the middle of the night or not. 

Friday, May 23rd- 

I got notifications that Ian arrived at Work and Ben arrived at the Office. Meanwhile, Ella was sleeping in and I was enjoying my coffee with this view. 

We went out on the around 11am. We had a cute captain.

Dock Sitting is the BEST! 

We grilled hamburgers and hot dogs for dinner. We cleaned up, chilled, and then Brett wanted ice cream and he was chopping up dark chocolate for a topping and you should have seen the way he was chopping it up so carefully. It cracked us up! 

 

We started watching Farmer Wants a Wife. Or should I say Ella and I started where LA and Brett were at watching it. We were hooked. 

We did finally crash around midnight! 

Saturday, May 24th- 

We all slept in, Ian went to Work, Ben chilled at home, then I got the notification that he arrived at Legends and shortly after Ian left work, he went to Legends too. They played golf. 

While we went back out on the boat to visit The Smith's and The Taylor's. 

Look at my burnt knees. I swear I know how to put on sunscreen. HA 

2 of my very favorite girls!! 

Ella wanted to dip in the water and couldn't get back into the boat so Brett helped her. 

Oh Ella. We got back to the house. Cooked Mexican, Cleaned up, Brett went to see a friend, and we went on a sunset cruise. 

We tried to finish Farmers Wants a Wife but that didn't happen because we couldn't stay awake that long. 

We crashed. 

Sunday, May 25th- 

My guys headed to Legends. Ella and I left the lake around 10 and got home around 12. Ella got ready and headed to a grad party while I unpacked and went to get everything for a low country boil. The guys got home and Ben started the LCB. Ella got home and we all ate, I cleaned up, showered, and finally crashed.
