My Health & Fitness Journey | Month 1
Hey Friends and Happy Wednesday. I have contemplated writing this post for a few weeks. It makes me vulnerable but y’all have always been my biggest cheerleaders so I am putting it all out here.
If you have been around for a while then you know that I lost around 20 pounds with WW in 2019. Last year, I put back on about 12 of those pounds and I am so mad at myself. In reality, I just don’t like how I feel on the inside. I know what I did wrong and I am so ready to change our lifestyle. 2020 was a rough year for us emotionally and I let that get the best of me. Making lifestyle changes is a lot of work and is hard work but not feeling good about myself is just as hard.
My plan is to post updates the last Wednesday of everything month. I know I normally post “What’s Up Wednesday” but I am to the point that I feel like I am repeating myself since I post our Weekly Recaps on Mondays.

Happy Wednesday Friends! I hope your week is going well. I am going to just go ahead and say it. May is kicking my booty. May 22nd cannot get here fast enough. We are so worn out and ready for Summer break.
Many of you have been following along with me on my health and fitness journey. Most of y'all have been my biggest cheerleaders. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I truly feel like this little space of mine is a form of accountability which we all know is a HUGE part of success in any goal that you are trying to accomplish.
