How I made my herb garden!

Happy Tuesday Friends! Ben and I are headed to Nashville this morning with some friends for a concert! I will recap this amazing trip on Thursday! But for today I am going to share how I made my herb garden and I LOVE it!! 




 I looked all over Pinterest. I searched the google! But I couldn't find exactly what I had "pictured" in my mind, so I just went to work and that is how I came up with my herb garden.  

So I had a few old pallets laying around!


I sanded it down and stained it! 


I used this stain from Home Depot! 


It goes on really dark.

Not sure how well you can see the color. 


oh and make sure you wear gloves! 😂😂

I found the tins in the "hot spot" at Target for $5! 

I also drilled 3 holes in the bottom of each tin for drainage! 


I filled all 3 tins up with soil and added my favorite herbs.

So I didn't LOVE the copper plated veggie markers that I used because they now look "tarnished"
I am trying out my "homemade" markers....Wine corks! I will let you know how they work out! 


I just handpainted "herbs" at the top! 


I can' wait to use my freshly planted herbs in some recipes!! 

However, I need your help....


I have room for 2 more tins of herbs, but I'm not sure what I want to plant!
