Our Weekend with Easter Decorations & a Couple's Shower

Hello & Happy Monday!! I'm excited for this week to get started because that means a few days closer to going to Savannah to celebrate Ben's 40th Birthday!! EEK!

I hope you will grab our graphic and join us!!

Friday was so PRODUCTIVE. I ran a ton of errands and got a lot accomplished. It started with a 6AM workout. Then the PTO ladies served the teachers with a refreshment cart. We offered a snack and a drink. They LOVED it and it was perfect for a Friday morning.

The rest of Friday morning/afternoon, I spent running some PTO errands and some fun errands.

I stopped by Target and found this jumpsuit.  I plan on wearing it this weekend in Savannah with a cute pair of red heels and a jean jacket.

I also ran through TJ Maxx to see if I could find a new Rae Dunn dog bowl and I did plus some...

Look how precious these are...

I dropped off around 1,000 popsicles at Ella's school along with a box of paper to make copies next week and fell carrying the box in, ripped a hole in the knee of my jeans, and scraped my knee. I swear I trip over air. Luckily, it wasn't my already hurt knee.

However, the rest of Friday was spent adding the last finishing touches to our Easter decor.

I love how the coffee cart turned out.

A few Easter touches to the Bar Cart...

The table in my Quiet Corner.

The entryway bench. I added the sweetest touches. I have had the bigger bunny and basket. but I found the bunny picture from Kirkland's and the books and small bunny from a local shop.

Friday evening looked like this...

Saturday morning, my guys headed to the golf course while I did my quiet time and got some things together for the couple's shower. But not before I made homemade biscuits so I could use my new Magnolia Biscuit Tray.

Saturday afternoon, we were ready to celebrate these two love birds.

My sister, Tonya, Jonathan, my niece, Amber, and my brother-in-law, Stacey.

Ella and Adalie enjoyed the playground right outside of the building where we were hosting the shower.

Sweet baby, Everlee.

Ian, my brother-David, and Ben

Mother of the Bride and the BRIDE!

Love my sweet mama. She is feeling so much better.

I plan to share the rest of the details of the shower next week. My sister and I have hosted quite a few parties together and I have a few tips for y'all.

Saturday evening, we went to the mall of Georgia to grab a few things and ended the evening sitting outside of Tin Lizzy'.

Sunday morning, we all woke up and our allergies were out of control so we decided to stay home and chill. I watched our church service via Facebook Live. I did all the laundry, cleaned the house, grocery shopped, chopped all the veggies, cut up all the fruit, packed lunches and snacks, printed all the orders that came in through the weekend, checked my supplies, made my Monday to do list, downloaded and edited pictures for post this week. Then ended my day with a mini charcuterie board and a glass of wine.

Whew, are you still with me?  That was a long post.

I hope you all have a FANTASTIC Monday!
