Hey Y'all! Happy Wednesday! I am back with a recap of our trip to Hilton Head Island with The Boswell's for Ella's Graduation Trip.
Saturday, June 13th-
We were up and ready to head to Hilton Head. Leigh Anne got to our house around 9am and we hit the road to South Carolina. I rode with LA and Ben and Ella were in my car. Ian left Friday night to visit his former roommate Andrew. He spent the night with him so they could play golf today and then he met us at our house for the week. We made it to the house around 3pm. Rob got there around the same time as us. Matt and Bailey got their a little later in the evening and Brett got to the house on Sunday morning.
The girls did girls gift.
Saturday night since we all got their at different times, LA and I went to the grocery store and to pick up pizza for dinner.
The Eason's were also in Hilton Head so they walked over for a little bit to visit.
We all pretty much crashed.
Sunday, June 14th-
Ben, Ella, and Ava rode bikes to breakfast at 7am. While I enjoyed my coffee and quiet time.
Then me, Ella, Bailey, LA, and Matt rode to South Beach to Salty Dog Cafe Area.
Later that afternoon, the girls had a pool day while the boys went to play golf.
I made a really good extra dirty martini.
We went out to the screen porch and my glasses immediately fogged up with all the humidity.
The guys got home and we cooked a fiesta to celebrate Brett's 21st birthday that was on June 1st.
Love these 2!
Monday, June 15th-
We were all up early and heading to breakfast on bikes at 7am. Me, Bailey, and Rob were pulling up the rear. HA
We found a Bailey's sign so our Bailey of course needed a picture.
Where Ben and Ella went to breakfast every morning. While others joined them throughout the week.
After breakfast we walked around the harbour.

We rode back to the house and chilled before we got ready to head to Harbour Town Golf Club. The guys plus Ella played.
This was Ian at 9am.
Love this sign that LA had made....ignore the ugly tape.
By 1PM- They were warming up on the driving range.
We got back to the house and grilled hamburgers and hotdogs for dinner.
Tuesday, June 16th-
Ella and Ben were up early again and headed to breakfast. They got back and Ella, Matt, and Bailey went shopping while me, LA, and Brett went to the liquor store, Publix, and to get fresh shrimp for the LCB.
By 12:30, We were on the beach.
We enjoyed a low country boil for dinner with The Eason's.
Wednesday, June 17th-
Ben and Ella headed to breakfast again. I think this was the morning that Brett, Davis, Ava, and Dixie joined them.
When they got back, the rest of us surfaced and we rode to the stables.
Then we rode to the ruins.
We got back and got into the pool for a little bit. Ian's former roommate, Andrew, got to the house. Then we all got ready to head to dinner. We went to Crabby Daddy's and it was a 2 hour wait. So a few of us shopped, got ice cream, got drinks, and waited. Plus we took pictures.
We got back to the house, chilled out for a little bit, all before crashing.
Thursday, June 18th-
Ben, Ella, Brett, and myself rode bikes to breakfast. Matt and Bailey went to play putt-putt. While the rest of us got ready and headed to the beach.
Ian put this crab on Brett's leg.
Poor Bubs feet got FRIED on Tuesday.
Then he put it on my foot!
I think we could officially become beach bums.
We got back to the house, got ready, and headed out to dinner. We went to dinner at Skull Creek Boathouse.
They can both finally order beer at a restaurant! HA
All she wanted was her diet coke in the manatee cup! HA
Friday, June 19th-
Ben, Ella, and Brett rode bikes to breakfast for one last time. We eventually went to Salty Dog Cafe for a later lunch.
It rained on and off most of the afternoon so this is what we pretty much looked like....
The rain finally moved out and we headed out to the pool for a little bit. We just worked on cleaning out the fridge for dinner that evening. Matt and Bailey ended up heading home Friday evening because they had a wedding Saturday evening. The rest of us chilled and crashed.
Saturday, June 20th-
We were all up, all packed up, and on the road around 7:30am to head home. We stopped in Augusta to eat lunch at CFA. We finally made it home, unloaded the cars, unpacked, started laundry, and chilled. Why are travel days so exhausting?
Sunday, June 21st- Father's Day
My gang played golf with Chris for Father's Day. Then when they got back, we grilled pork chops from Striplings for a late lunch early dinner and the rest of the afternoon looked like this...
Then it was Sunday night chores before crashing.
