National Homemade Soup Day

Hey Y'all! Happy Tuesday! Y'all know I love soup so you know I love National Homemade Soup Day

I don't have a new soup to share today but I thought it would be fun to round up all the soups I have shared on the blog and the current one I am loving!

Friday Favorites | Homemade Soup

Happy Friday Y'all!! Did you know that today is National Homemade Soup Day. So with that being said, I thought I would share a new soup recipe. I mentioned before that I signed back up for WW and I found a Mexican Vegetable Soup using the app but I did switch it up a little. It was amazing.

Hello Fall Temps. I mean it has officially been fall around her for a few weeks but the temps are finally getting the memo!

Today I am joining Shay and Erika for Let's Look...

It's all about Fall REcipes.

First up is my potato soup I shared a while back.

I just love hosting this monthly link up with my sweet blogger friend, Johannah!!

I also LOVE our new graphic. Johannah is AWESOME!!

So grab our new graphic and join us!! I can't wait to see what has been cooking in everyone's kitchen!!

Today I am going to share one of our fall favorites.
Taco Soup!!

Ingredients

1 lb of lean ground beef (browned)
1 packet of Ranch dressing mix
1 packet of Taco Seasoning
1 medium onion (chopped)
1 can of Rotel
1 can of corn
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 can of Pinto beans
1 can of Chili Beans

While my ground beef is browning I chop my onion.
I purchased this Vidalia Onion Wizard and it has been life changing. It is so simple to use. I just remove the skin from my onion, and cut in fourths place on the blades and push down. I also use it to cut tomatoes for salsa!

Perfect size.

I open all my cans and packets and place in my crockpot. Once my ground beef was browned I added it as well!

Mixed everything up really well and set my crock pot for 5 hours but as you can see I took the picture
with 4 hours and 46 minutes to go!! 😂

After 5 hours, my crock pot turns to warm!!

When we were ready to eat I dished some up in my favorite bowls and added cheese and plain Greek yogurt. We love to scoop it with Tostitos!

Hope you will join us!!

xoxo, Heather
