7 Things that I do Everyday that make me HAPPY!

Some days I feel like I have it all together when others days I feel like I am falling apart at the seems. Anyone else feel that way?? Just me?? I have found that if I do these 7 things everyday I am my best version of myself.

Today I am sharing 7 Things I do everyday that make me HAPPY!

1. Coffee. I enjoy a few cups of liquid gold each and every morning. Coffee makes me happy. It's warms my soul.

2. Quiet Time. I wake up before everyone else in my house so that I can enjoy my quit time. I read a few daily devotionals, a personal development book, and write in my journal.

3. Make my Bed. I make my bed every morning. I just can't function if I know my bed is not made. I feel like I can conquer the world once that chore is finished. 😉 Walking past our room and seeing our bed made just makes me happy.

4. Diffuse Essential Oils. The scent or scents that I diffuse will change from season to season and sometimes day to day. I am currently loving peppermint and Breathe Easy by Simply Earth. Remember to use the coupon code MYGLITTERYHEARTFREE for a free BONUS box!

5. Drink lots of Water. Staying hydrated is very important, we all know that. I feel better when I drink lots of water and when I feel good that makes me really happy. I even started adding lemon essential oil in my water.

6. Move. I love using my Apple Watch to count my steps, track my activity, and when it tells me that I have been sitting for to long. I'm not a competitive person by nature but I will get competitive with myself so when my watch tells me that a brisk 9-minute walk will close my exercise ring don't think I haven't walked laps around my house to close that exercise ring! Moving my body helps make me healthier and stronger and that makes me really happy!

(I got almost 18,500 steps the day of the Fall Festival at Ella's school last year!)

7. Tell my family that I love them. Every morning when Ben leaves for work, we kiss and tell each other I love you! I drop off both kids at school and as they get out I tell them bye, I love you, and I hope you have a fantastic day. I think it is so important to tell my family how much I love them and how happy I am to be their wife and mother!

What is something that you do everyday that makes you happy, brings you joy, or puts a smile on your face??
