We didn't drive around our town with friends to look at lights but we did go see the AMAZING Christmas lights at the Atlanta Botanical Gardens. You can see that trip here.

Every year Ella's school host Cookies with Santa and it is so much fun. Unfortunately, we missed it this year because I was running a fever. It broke my heart because it was her last year because she is in 5th grade:(

Yes! He had a bunch of friends over for a Fiesta and Football.
✔F I V E: Host/Attend FriendsMAS
Yes! We did BOTH this year! We host a FriendsMAS with The Boswell's and we attended a FriendsMAS with The Smith's
✘S I X: Enjoy a Christmas Cocktail
Last year, I shared a Cranberry Moscow Mule. I just never got around to trying anything new but I did try a few new wines.

Yes! We had the best time. The Garden of Lights is just BEAUTIFUL!

YES! Ella and I baked cookies for Santa

I LOVE peppermint! I enjoyed a couple of Peppermint Mochas from Starbucks but I indulged on all the Sugar-Free Peppermint mocha creamer and Peppermint EO!
✔T W E L V E: Watch all the Christmas Movies
We watched Deck the Hall's, Elf, Christmas with the Kranks, The Santa Claus, Christmas Vacation, A Christmas Story, & The Holiday.
✔T H I R T E E N: Set up a Hot Cococa
Ella LOVES hot cocoa when she gets home from school or really any time of day!
✔F O U R T E EN: Enjoy a PJ Day
YES! I guess it was more of a PJ afternoon by the fire.
✘F I F T E E N: Adopt a child in need
NOPE, and I have no idea why this one didn't happen. It makes me so sad.
✔S I X T E E N: Write letters to Santa
Technical both kids know that Ben is Santa and I'm Mrs. Claus so their letters this year say "Dear Santa and Mrs. Claus" aka Dad and Mom. Breaks my heart. Why do they have to grow up?
✔S E V E N T E E N: Attend Christmas Eve service
It's my FAVORITE church service for the whole year and I didn't get a picture:(
✔E I G H T E E N: Host Christmas dinner
We hosted Ben's parents, Ben's brother and his girlfriend for Christmas dinner and again, I didn't get a picture.:(
✔N I N E T E E N: New family ornament
We got one and even included the pups and guinea pig and I didn't get a picture. :(
✔T W E N T Y: Date night to Christmas Shop
YES! We went on a double date night with Jud and Stephanie this year and I'm sad to report...I didn't get a picture. :(
I am very pleased with what we accomplished this year. We are so sad the Holiday season is over BUT we are ready to get back into our routines.
