Hey Y'all! Happy Tuesday! We enjoyed our beach trips and I will be back next week with those recaps!!
Monday, July 7th-
Ian and I were up super early and heading to the airport. I dropped Ian off at 5:30AM and was back home around 6:30AM.
I enjoyed my coffee and quiet time. Ben left for work before I got home. Ella got ready for work. I went to workout at 8:30 and then Keri and I walked 2 miles.
I got ready and headed to my mammogram appointment but ended up not having a mammogram because somehow I missed that I was supposed to have a follow up ultrasound back in October. Somehow I missed that and no one from the doctor's office sent a reminder nor was the follow up in MyChart. I went to Chipotle for lunch before heading home and blogging.
SO proud of this kid. He was picked to fly out to Texas to help assemble a mock up jet that he had been apart of making the molds. I can't tell a lot for privacy. But just know WE ARE SO PROUD of him.
Let's not forget to mention that he maneuvered the Atlanta airport all by hisself. He has only flown a hand full of times in his whole life. We said if you can get through the Atlanta airport with no problem than you are doing good! HA
Most of the afternoon I chilled because I was exhausted. Ella did go hangout with her friend Peyton and they found Ella a dress for her Senior pictures.
Once Ella was home, I crashed.
Tuesday, July 8th-
Ian in Dallas, Ben to the Office, Ella to Work, and I went to yoga at 10am. I got home, showered, and met Leigh Anne for lunch at Smokin' Po Boys and we had a special visitor named Ella! HA
I did a few more things around the house, made spaghetti for dinner, cleaned the kitchen, showered and crawled into my pjs.
Love these 2 girls.
As I was scrolling IG that evening, look what I saw. Ella's golf coach that was shot but survived the Apalachee School Shooting was gifted a service dog from Bella's Buddies. Meet Baxter.
Coach retired after this school year and we are going to miss him so much!
Ella went to hangout with friends while they started their senior jeans. Love these sweet girls.
Wednesday, July 9th-
Ian in Texas, Ben to the office, Ella to work. Coffee and Jesus for me. Y'all then I was LAZY! I did start to get our pool/beach bag together for our beach trips. But that was pretty much it! HA
Didn't need to buy more sunscreen...
I also screenshoted this.... Love it.
Thursday, July 10th-
Ian in Texas, Ella to work, Slow morning for me, I cleaned the kitchen, Ella worked a half day. Ben and I were on our way to lunch in Winder when he got the call my car was ready. So we headed to The Mad Italian for lunch.
The best sweet tea.
Ben sent the kids these pictures of our food and they were NOT HAPPY!
We got my car and I headed home. Ben stopped by the office. Then I worked on updating the dog/house list for Ashlynn. She was staying with the pups while we were at the beach.
Later that afternoon, Aubrey came over to work on her senior jeans.
Duke says NO! His girls cannot be SENIORS! He is not ready and neither are the mommas.
Stephanie sent me this picture ... Apparently Zeke and Cooper are not ready for the girls to be SENIORS either.
My craft room was a mess but I loved every minute of it!
Senior jeans required wine for the emotions. HA
I ended the night on the couch reading my Kindle.
Friday, July 11th-
Ian still in Texas but coming home, Ben to the office, Ella went to work. I enjoyed my quiet time, Then I went to pick up CFA and to wash my car before heading to the airport to pick up Ian.
We got home, I dyed my hair, cleaned up the house, laundry, and packed.
Ella's friend, Catherine, stopped by and loved on Trixie and then this was Trixie looking for Catherine.
We all pretty much crashed because our alarms were set for 4:45AM! UGH but it was to leave for the BEACH!
