Our Week with Golf Sectionals, FFA Banquet, and Daniel's Birthday Party.

Hey Y'all! Happy Friday! I hope your week was a great one! Today, I will be packing because we leave for Hilton Head TOMORROW! I am so ready for a week of relaxation at the beach for the week.

I am recapping May 4th-10th.

Monday, May 4th-

Ian to work, Ben to the office, coffee and Jesus for me, and Ella off to school. I was still feeling pretty crappy so I didn't go workout.
I got half the craft room cleaned up and got stuff together for Ella's Senior table at her FFA banquet.

Ella sent me this picture of her and Mrs. Brooks from school.

I made a lot of sausage balls and muffins for the girls for breakfast for sectionals.

I made BBQ chicken for dinner, cleaned up, showered, and crashed.

Tuesday, May 5th-

Ian to work while the rest of us were up early and headed to Villa Rica for the girls sectionals round.

Ella's tee time was at 10am but they were about 40 minutes behind schedule.

Last high school putt at 5:11pm.

They played with all their hearts but didn't advanced to State.

We were tired and exhausted but we stopped at Mad Italian for dinner. We got home, showered, and CRASHED!

Wednesday, May 6th-

Ian to work, Ben to the office, coffee and Jesus for me, and Ella off to school. I ran to Walgreens and Michael's. I met Ella at Addison's signing. I went to set up Ella's Senior Table for the FFA banquet, and then home for a minute before the banquet.

Ella gave a speech at her FFA banquet. We were so proud of her.

Ella's Senior Table.

Love our FFA girl and all her FFA family.

Thursday, May 7th-

Ian to work, Ben to the office, coffee and Jesus for me, and Ella off to school. I ran to Kroger and look at the cutest glasses.

I tied all the tags on bubble wands for all of Ella's second grade babies!!

The rest of the day was normal stuff.... cooking, cleaning, shower, couch, and crashing!

Friday, May 8th-

Ian to work, Ben to the office, coffee and Jesus for me, and Ella off to school. It was her last day for work base learning and they were all sad to see her go.

Here she was at the same elementary school on her last day of 5th grade.

Mrs. Brooks and Mrs. Allee gave her all these goodies. So sweet of them.

They made this bag for her.

That evening we went to The Smith's for Jud's 50th birthday party. We enjoyed lots of good company and a yummy low country boil. I didn't take one picture!

We got home and crashed.

Saturday, May 9th-

Boys went to play golf and Ella and I went to Daniel's birthday party. But look who kept me company while I was getting ready.

By 2pm, this was me and the pups. Relaxing.

Tilly spotted a bird on the porch! HA

Sweet Tilly girl.

Tilly was driving Trixie crazy. She would get as close as possible. HA

Later that evening we went to Cotton Calf with Keith and Dixie! Y'all this bacon appetizer was DELICIOUS!

Sunday, May 10th- Mother's Day.

We went to church and then went to lunch at Longhorn. Ben's mom was able to join us. After lunch, Grammy and Ella went shopping, boys went to play golf, and I went to lay down for awhile.

Sorry for so many Tilly pictures but we were dog sitting her for Kathryn for the weekend.

She cracked me up how she was laying.

And she couldn't get close enough to me.

I did a few things around the house and then just relaxed the rest of the day.

The dogs didn't seem to mind all the relaxing. HA

It was a great Mother's Day.
