Our Week with Cap and Gown pictures, Area Tournament, and a Braves Game.

Hey Y'all! Happy Monday! It's been a little over a month since y'all have heard from me! I hope not to do that again but y'all... Life has been BUSY! Graduation season was no joke!!! We are already heavy into our summer routine over here and loving it! This summer break my main focus in this little space of mine will be our weekly recaps! Including playing weekly recap catch up. Then this fall getting back to share more of what I love, routines, Day in the Life, etc.

Today, I am backing it all the way back to Sunday, April 19th-Sunday, April 26th. Like I said...I will be playing catch up for a little while!

Sunday, April 19th-

We were up and at Legend's by 11am for Ella's Cap and Gown pictures. Look at how good they turned out.

These are a few I took while the photoshoot was going on...

Here are her official cap and gown pictures.

We ordered this stole from Amazon and all her second grade babies signed it. How precious.

After pictures, we ate lunch before heading to Ella's golf coaches lake house on Lake Burton. The girls were staying the night there before their area tournament at Apple Mountain.

Coach took us on a boat ride and it was FREEZING!

Ben and I stayed for a little bit and we all grilled hamburgers and hotdogs for dinner. Then Ben and I headed home. We got home, I got us ready for a new week, and then we crashed. Jet Lag is no joke. We were still trying to adjust from getting back from Croatia.

Monday, April 20th-

Ben and I were up early to stop at CFA to pick up the girls and coaches lunches. Then we were on the road to the golf course. We got there early to make sure we got a golf cart. The girls warmed up on the putting green and driving range. Ella's tee time was at 10:50.

He will ALWAYS be her biggest fan.

Stephanie took these pictures of Ben and I's reaction of Ella putting because if she made the putt the girls were moving onto SECTIONALS!

She MADE IT!!! I think her daddy was a little EXCITED!

So proud of her!!!

Senior girls with Coach Phenix.

So proud of these girls and the hard work they put in this season.

We made the drive home with a pitstop to eat mexican for dinner.

We got home, showered, I got everything ready for the next day, and we all crashed.

Tuesday, April 21st-

Ian to work, Ben to the office, coffee and Jesus for me, and Ella off to school. I went to workout at Burn at 8:30. Stopped by Publix, did laundry, set up my planner for the week, cleaned the main level of the house, and helped Ella get packed for state convention in Macon. Ella had the FFA banquet at the middle school and my guys went to the Gwinnett Stripers game.

I showered and chilled on the couch. I was so tired I didn't even eat dinner!!

This was Trixie and I by 7pm.

Once everyone was home, we all crashed.

Wednesday, April 22nd-

Ian to work, Ben to the office, coffee and Jesus for me, and Ella slept in. I went to work out at Burn at 8:30. Once I got home and Ella finished packing, I dropped her off at school to head to state convention with FFA. I got home cleaned the upstairs including the craft room, sent pictures to  be printed at Walgreens, and worked on some golf treasurer duties.

I got this picture from Ella of her and Parker.

I made the rest of us lemon pepper chicken for dinner. Cleaned the kitchen, showered, chilled on the couch, and finally crashed.

Thursday, April 23rd-

Ian to work, Ben to the office, coffee and Jesus for me, and Ella was in Macon. I went to workout at 8:30. Ran a few errands including picking up pictures, and a sign and banner for a friend. I got home and worked on locker decorations for Ella and Lana.

I saw this picture of Ella at state convention.

The guys and I had leftovers for dinner and it was a regular evening for us.

Friday, April 24th-

Ian to work, Ben to the office, coffee and Jesus for me before I got ready and drove to Macon to pick Ella up early from state convention. On our way back, we stopped for lunch at El Torero by Ben's office.

The rest of the day was productive stuff... laundry, unpacking, etc. I made a frozen pizza for dinner. It was a much needed chill night.

Saturday, April 25th-

Boys golfed, slow morning of coffee and Jesus for me, and Ella slept in. We got ready and headed to The Battery early afternoon for food and drinks before going in to the stadium for the game.

Ben actually drank a beer at the game. We were all shocked. He never drinks beer.

It started down pouring. Thankfully Ben got us seats under the cover.

This was earlier in the evening.

We left a little early and listened to the rest of the game in the car and Braves WIN!

Sunday, April 26th-

Boys went to play golf, I watched church online, and Ella slept in. I finished last minute stuff for the girls locker decorations.

At 2pm, I was able to put these on the lockers.

Afterwards, the girls went to get Ella's nails done and I went to Publix.

I got home and did all the Sunday chores and chilled for the rest of the day before crashing.
