Our Week with Qualifying, 20 years, and Highlands, NC.

Happy Monday Y'all!  How was your weekend? We had a great weekend celebrating our anniversary in Highlands, NC.  I am recapping last week and this weekend!


     

 

 

 Monday, September 18th- 


Coffee and Jesus. Ella to school and then I came hone to workout. I finished an order, started a new order, did laundry, type some blog post, got myself ready, picked up Ella from school, and headed to her 3:45 dentist appointment, picked up dinner from Publix, Ate, dropped Ella off at YL. It was a busy and productive day!! 


Tuesday, September 19th- 


Coffee and Jesus. Ella to school and then I came home to workout. I needed to stay home to wait for a package to arrive for Ben that needed a signature so I got busy being productive. I cleaned house, cleaned out 3 kitchen cabinets, blog post, inventory for Oh My Glitter, scheduled some content for social media, then it was time to go pick up Ella, Ben's package arrived right when Ella and I pulled into the driveway!

Wednesday, September 20th- Our 20th Wedding Anniversary. 

It was coffee, Jesus, Ella to school, home to workout, and then just chill. I did get ready and head to my 1PM nail appointment. Picked up Ella, came home to do a few things, and then we headed to Legend's for dinner to celebrate our anniversary. 

 He still makes me laugh like this...


 

But look who came to hang out with me!

I sent this to Leigh Anne. Y'all it is so me. I forgot so much!! It's actually scary. 


After dinner, we got home and crashed. 


Thursday, September 21st- 

 

Coffee, Jesus, Ella to school, home to workout. I did weigh in at home and I was down 0.1 

 


 

I had a 11:15 hair appointment, ran through CFA to grab lunch, ran into Publix, grabbed Ella from school, got home started to pack and that lead to me and Ben going shopping at Belk. I found several cute pieces. 

We got home, picked up Ella, and the 3 of us headed to El Real for dinner before we went to watch Kathryn coach her volleyball game. We got home late, I finished packing, did a clean sweep of the house, and finally crashed. 


Friday, September 22nd- 

 

Coffee and Jesus, got ready, took Ella to school, came back loaded the car, and Ben and I headed to Highlands, NC for the weekend. 

We got pre-checked in, had lunch and then headed to the golf course.Ben got to play Old Edwards golf course.
















We got to our room and it was amazing. 





The floors were heated. 



 

After we got cleaned up, we headed to the wine garden bar for a drink, then we had dinner at Madison's.




We got back to the room and crashed. 


Saturday, September 23rd- 


We got up and ready, headed back to Madison's for breakfast, then we headed back to Old Edwards golf course to pick up the kids a gift. Then we got back to the room, changed clothes, and headed to the spa for our 12PM couples massage. Our massages were AMAZING! After our massages, we stopped by the pool bar for drinks and lunch. We got back to the room, napped, then got ready and headed downtown to shop and get ice cream. After that we headed to The Ugly Dog for drinks, dinner, and football. 

We left there stopped by the Wine Garden again for one more drink. We thought we might stay here until halftime of the GA game but y'all I was freezing so we headed back to the room.

By half time, I was sound asleep!! I did wake up around 10:45 and checked with Ben that we won the game. 😉
 
Ella did send us this picture of the girls on the way to the fair. They had so much fun! 
 
 



Sunday, September 24th- 


We were up and on the road home by 8AM. We picked up breakfast at Legends and got home to the girls around 10:30. We unpacked, I started laundry, cleaned the kitchen, living room, and dining room, typed this blog post. 

Got ready and Ben and I headed to a benefit dinner for YL at 6PM. We got home and crashed ready to start a new and busy week.
