Hey Y'all! Happy Friday! I hope you all have had a great week.
I am recapping the week of Christmas.
Monday, December 22nd-
Ian to work, Ben to the office, coffee and Jesus for me, and Ella slept in. I did my normal Monday chores, wrapped more gifts, and Ella had a photoshoot with Trixie.
I wrote down nothing in my planner for this week so I have no idea what we did for dinner. UGH!
Tuesday, December 23rd-
Ian to work, Ben to the office, coffee and Jesus for me, and Ella slept in. Her and I went to lunch with Ben and then ran by the Mall of GA for last minute gifts.
We eventually all got home and crashed.
Wednesday, December 24th-
Ian to work, Ben to the office, coffee and Jesus for me, and Ella slept in. After Ian got off work, he headed to a Christmas with Kathryn. Ben got home and the 3 of us went to Christmas Eve service at 3pm.
Don't mind the "mark" on my dress. The buttons were apart and you could see my bra. UGH!
After church, Ella went to work and Ian met us at Top Dawg so we got to visit with each other for a minute!
Once we all got home, we all crashed.
Thursday, December 25th- Christmas Morning.
Ben woke up like "A kid on Christmas Morning" HA The rest of us were slow to rise. We did get Ella up around 7:00.
Look at Trixie by 7:15.
We cooked a big Christmas breakfast, ate, I cleaned up, and then The Boswell's came over so we could celebrate Christmas with them.
Grammy started cooking our traditional Christmas dinner of...ritz chicken, au gratin potatoes, and fried okra.
But Trixie was EXHAUSTED! HA
We ate, played games, I cleaned up, showered, and CRASHED!!
Friday, December 26th-
Ian was off work but Ben had to go to the office for a little while. I enjoyed a slow morning of coffee and Jesus before I started taking down Christmas decorations. I worked on that for most of the day before Ella had to go to work at 5:30.
Saturday, December 27th-
We slept in except for Ben. He actually had to go to the office until about 10:30. Coffee and Jesus for me. Ella went to work at 11:30. I finished getting Christmas taken down inside while Ben took down the outside decorations.
I got the bar cart set up for
NYE.
I was exhausted and pretty much chilled for the rest of the night while Ella went to a favorite things party at Addison's.
Sunday, December 28th-
Coffee and Jesus for me. We didn't have church this Sunday so I got busy cleaning my craft room. Then the girls and I went to watch The HouseMaid at 3:45. Y'all THAT MOVIE!! I had not read the books so I didn't know the PLOT twist! It's a GREAT movie.
After the movie, the boys met us at El Real.
We got home, did my night time chores and then I CRASHED!!
