Our Week with A Trip to Orlando and Ian's National Championship.

Hello Friends. How is your week going so far??  I am recapping last week when we went to Orlando for Ian's golf tournament. 

Our Getaway to Orlando for Golf and Disney Parks.

Happy Wednesday Friends! I hope your week is off to a great start! I am still trying to catch up from our little getaway last week so bare with me. Grab a cup of coffee or a glass of wine because today's post is going to be a long one! I am recapping our trip to Orlando for Ian to play in the National Championship and a few days at the Disney parks. 

Thursday, December 3rd- 

We arrived at our house in Champions Gate neighborhood late Wednesday evening. We grocery shopped and grabbed a pizza for dinner. 

So Thursday morning we were up and at Magic Kingdom before 9am when it opened. Right when we walked into the park we saw this performance....

Fall Break Days 1&2

Hello Monday!! We had a GREAT fall break! 
Of Course, it went by WAY to fast! But I am so thankful that I got to spend a whole week with my FAVORITE people!! 

Today I am going to recap Fall Break Days 1 & 2! Hurricane Matthew postponed our beach part of Fall Break but that's ok because we just rescheduled to Spring Break:) 

Friday Night (October 7th) we piled into the car and drove to Valdosta. It is about 3.5 hours away! We arrived around 11:30. Checked into our hotel and went to sleep! 
Saturday Morning, my guys woke up and played golf with the VSU golf coach! Ella and I shopped then hung out at the hotel. I blogged and she watched Netflix all while drinking Starbucks.....

Later that afternoon we picked the boys up from the golf course and headed to the VSU bookstore!! 

Off to tailgate for the VSU game in our new VSU gear! Go Blazers!

Ian enjoyed it! He got to throw the football with Ben!

We got back to our hotel late Saturday night and CRASHED!! 

Sunday Morning, we woke up, got ready, ate breakfast, and headed to Orlando!! 

We stayed 2 nights at The Hard Rock- Orlando

We checked in and headed to the pool bar for lunch and to watch The Dawgs play.

and went for a swim in the pool

Later that evening we walked over to City Walk

This was a really cool Sports Bar. 

It was HUGE and had really HUGE tv's across the top! 

We ate dinner at The CowFish. It was hamburgers and sushi mixed! Very interesting but really good~ 

  

After dinner we explored The City Walk area and then headed back to our room! We wanted to get to bed early because Monday was our first day in the parks!! 

I'm pretty sure only my son would pack a power strip to charge all of our electronics! But I am SO glad he did because it really came in handy! HA 

I'll be back tomorrow with Day 3 of our Fall Break fun! Our day at Islands of Adventure!
