Recipe Club

It's the 3rd Wednesday of the month so it's RECIPE CLUB link up!!

I hope you will join Johannah and myself and share a FAVORITE recipe!!

Today I am sharing 15 Minute Fajitas- yes you read that correctly---15 MINUTES!!

They are PERFECT for busy week nights with the craziness of ball practice, guitar practice, church, etc, etc!

They are easy to prepare the night before or the morning of... and have them waiting for you in the fridge!!

How I make them in 15 minutes??

You will need:

3 boneless skinless chicken breast
3 bell peppers
1 large onion
1 lime
2 tablespoons of fajita seasoning

I made my fajita seasoning using this recipe from Wellness Mama!!

Homemade Fajita Seasoning Recipe
This real-food fajita seasoning is great on salads, fajitas and slow cooker meals.
Recipe type: Spice
  • ¼ cup Chili Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Sea Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Powder (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin Powder
  1. Mix well in bowl or jar and store in airtight container until use. Use about 1 teaspoon per chicken breast or steak when making fajitas. I use for making Fajitas and Fajita Salads.

My homemade fajita seasoning!!

Ok...back to the fajitas!

I sliced my onion and peppers and placed in the bottom of my deep dish baker

Then I placed my chicken on top and sprinkled my fajita seasoning over the chicken!

Then I used my Pampered Chef Citrus Press to squeeze the lime juice all over the chicken, onion, and peppers! :)

FINALLY, I popped my deep dish baker (with the lid on) in the MICROWAVE for 15 minutes and I had DELICIOUS fajitas!!

I took the chicken out of my deep dish baker and chopped it up!!

Ladies...dinner was served in 15 minutes!! These fajitas are one of my families FAVORITE dishes!!

Do you have the deep dish baker?? if so, what do you cook in it??
So far I have only used it for the fajitas, but I know it can cook so much more!!

I can't wait to read all the yummy goodness that y'all share!!

xoxo, Heather
