Recipe Club {Salad Bar}

YAY for Wednesday, YAY for Recipe Club Day, YAY for 1 more day of SCHOOL!! YIPPPPEEEE! 

This mama is so EXCITED for Summer Break! Ben and I are headed home from Nashville!! I got to see one of my all time FAVS! Kip Moore!!

Today, I am S-t-r-e-t-c-h-i-n-g the word recipe! but its how I get my kids to eat veggies and I call that a win! #highfivefromallthemamas 

I am sharing how I get my kids to eat salad! I noticed that my kids would eat salad when we were out at a restaurant. but never at home...
Then it DAWNED on me....the restaurant had a salad bar and they fixed it themselves! So what did this mama do...she fixed a salad bar at home! And it worked like a CHARM! 


I gathered all of our FAVORITE toppings in individual bowls! 


Bell Peppers, grilled Chicken, cucumbers, carrots, boiled egg, croutons, red onion


What are some of your favorite toppings?


I used several of my ramekins from Pampered Chef that had the lids, so what we didn't use I could just store in the fridge for the next day. 


I normally just used a premixed salad bag from Publix! 


I mean just look at this salad! So yummy, so healthy, and my kids LOVED the idea!
Super easy for the late summer nights coming up! This is something that I can prepare earlier in the day and just pull out when we are ready to eat!
