Weight Loss & Fitness update

Well, this is a hard post to write. I have put off writing this post for 6 months because I am NOT where I was hoping to be on my weight loss journey.



Let me recap, I went to my first weight watchers meeting on September 29th, 2017. As of May 18th, 2018, I had lost 15 pounds that was when I attended my last meeting. I thought I could do it online by myself going into the summer with the kids. I was wrong. I have kept off 10 pounds which I am VERY proud of myself.

I have decided to rejoin Weight Watchers Meetings + Onlineplus  because I KNOW this program works for me. I will attend a meeting on Thursday.

However, with me NOT watching every little thing that I ate or drank, I DID continue to workout which I know was my saving grace. I have been consistently going to the gym 2-3 times a week since the middle of January.


Going forward with my weight loss journey I know I need to change my mindset. 

Some tips I plan to follow are...

Give myself grace
Track everything even if it is high in points or makes me go over for that day. 
Plan ahead 
I want to be healthy 
This is MY journey
I know exercising and eating healthy makes ME feel better 
If I quit, I am only quitting on myself
When I feel better and eat better it benefits my family

On Thursday, I will get my new booklet and I hope you guys will follow along with me on this journey! I plan to post a lot more food and fitness pictures on IG so make sure you are following me.
