My Health and Fitness Journey | Month 2

Happy Wednesday Friends! How is your week going so far? It's time for my first monthly reap on my health and fitness journey.

Our Week with Deadlifting and Relaxing with Trixie

Hello Monday! How was your weekend? We had a good one. I am recapping our week and weekend. If you blogged, make sure you grab our graphic and link up below!

My Health & Fitness Journey | Month 1

Hey Friends and Happy Wednesday. I have contemplated writing this post for a few weeks. It makes me vulnerable but y’all have always been my biggest cheerleaders so I am putting it all out here.

If you have been around for a while then you know that I lost around 20 pounds with WW in 2019. Last year, I put back on about 12 of those pounds and I am so mad at myself. In reality, I just don’t like how I feel on the inside. I know what I did wrong and I am so ready to change our lifestyle. 2020 was a rough year for us emotionally and I let that get the best of me. Making lifestyle changes is a lot of work and is hard work but not feeling good about myself is just as hard.

My plan is to post updates the last Wednesday of everything month. I know I normally post “What’s Up Wednesday” but I am to the point that I feel like I am repeating myself since I post our Weekly Recaps on Mondays.

How To Break Past Your Fears & Finally Get Healthy

*this is a sponsored post but all opinions are my own.

Happy Wednesday Friends! I hope your week is going well. I am going to just go ahead and say it. May is kicking my booty. May 22nd cannot get here fast enough. We are so worn out and ready for Summer break.

Many of you have been following along with me on my health and fitness journey. Most of y'all have been my biggest cheerleaders. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I truly feel like this little space of mine is a form of accountability which we all know is a HUGE part of success in any goal that you are trying to accomplish. Below you can read 6 steps that I try to follow everyday to meet my next goal and every time I met that goal it makes me feel a little more sassy! 😉

Weight Loss & Fitness update

Well, this is a hard post to write. I have put off writing this post for 6 months because I am NOT where I was hoping to be on my weight loss journey.

Mondays, Mochas, & Motivation {Fitness}

Good Morning Friends,

It's Monday, so you know what that means....

At the Beginning of the year, I made my New Years Resolutions!

Like half of American,
one of my resolutions was to
 exercise more and eat better!!

Which would lead to weight lose....

Well this hasn't happened!! :(

So I have got to do better!!

I decided that I am going to use the Lose it App!!

According to the Apple App store.....

here is the description of the App..

An invaluable tool for reaching your weight loss goals, Lose it!
track your meals, exercise, and nutrition. Documenting food is effortless with its built in barcode scanner, searchable list of common grocery items, and database of popular restaurant meals nutritional facts. Plus, when you need some extra motivation, the app's social features make it easy to find inspiration from friends and cheer each other on!

I have played around with the app before...nothing serious and it was fairly easy to use!!

So I am giving it a try!!

I really need to get more active!! I have used On Demand for workouts before! On Demand has SO many choices on different levels! I should never run out of options!!

Now, I just need to hit Start!!

I have my Fitbit Flex that I use to wear ALL THE TIME!!

I would always try to get my 10,000 steps in....

I need to put it back on and get to 'Stepping"

I got an email recently that it has a new feature that
if you are not active for so long it will alert you to move!!
I need to check that out!!

My Friend, Leigh Anne gave me fitbit bling for my Birthday, so its super cute!

I really have no excuse to not wear it:)

What tools do you use to either maintain or lose weight?

What fitness programs do you use?

Do you have any tips that have worked for you?

I need all the help and accountability I can get, so fire away in the comments!!

Thank you sweet friends!!

xoxo, Heather
