Our Week with a Team Event and the 16th Annual JGO

Hey Hey Monday! How was your weekend?? As usual, I am recapping last week and this weekend. It was a busy one!

If you blogged, make sure you link up below...

Monday, August 9th-

Coffee, Jesus, Kids to school, and a workout. Then I headed to have lunch with Ben and run a few errands.

Then it was home to do all the things. Publix, Laundry, Blog Post, Orders....

Before I knew it, it was time to get Ella. The rest of the evening, it was homework, dinner, and get ready for bed.

I did enjoy a s'more after dinner. I mean it was for the blog...😂😂

Tuesday, August 10th-

Coffee and Jesus. Kids to school and then home to WORK. I worked on orders, ordered new slipcovers for the cushions for the back deck, started Friday's blog post, dyed my hair, picked weeds, and this.....

I started decorating the bar cart for FOOTBALL SEASON. I ordered a few more items to finish it and I can't wait to share it with y'all!

Trixie is already counting down the days until the SUMMER break!

After I grabbed Ella from school, it was a whirlwind of all the after school things to do!! When it was finally time for bed, I CRASHED!

Wednesday, August 11th-

Coffee, Jesus, Kids to School, and I went to workout. When I walked in look who I found hanging out in her brother's room. Trixie really does miss her kids when they are gone.

I quickly showered and got ready to wait for our new fridge to be delivered. But look who was close to her mama's side...

Of course, they called that they were on their way when I was in carpool line. Luckily, my neighbor was able to go to the house and let them get started!

When they got it installed, I spent the rest of the evening moving everything back up from the garage fridge. but I did run Ella to youth group.

We all crashed into bed. Getting back in a routine can be exhausting. HA

Thursday, August 12th-

Coffee, Jesus, Kids to School. Then Ben and I took his team out on the boat for the day. Luckily, one of his reps has a lake house and she so graciously let us use her house and dock.

We had so much fun I didn't even take a picture.

Friday, August 13th-

Coffee, Jesus, and no workout for me. I had to run so many errands to get ready for the golf tournament on Saturday.

After a morning of errands, I met Talia for lunch. Then I grabbed Ella early from school because her stomach wasn't feeling well. The rest of Friday evening was spent resting and making sure everything was ready for the tournament.

Saturday, August 14th-

It was JGO day!! Ben starting hosting this tournament in memory of his grandfather that passed away 16 years ago. This was the 3rd year that we hosted it as a fundraiser for Ian's high school golf team. Everyone was very generous and we were very appreciative.

Get ready for picture overload....

The best coaches and 3 of the 4 booster club board members.

15 teams....THANK YOU THANK YOU!

Tristen and her dad, Jake. Our 4th Board Member.

Ben and Chris' sweet aunt and uncle sponsored a hole in memory of granddaddy. We all miss him so freaking much.

Granddaddy was this boy's number one fan. Sweet Ian has a "dog tag" hanging around his rearview mirror with granddaddy's name, birthdate, death date, etc. I sure hope Mike protects this boy of mine.

I love these sweet boys.

Mike and Sandra are brother and sister. Richard and Mike were brother in laws but more importantly best friends. We all have a piece of our heart in heaven.

They found the MIB hole.

Chris' Team.

These two sister in laws had the best time riding around the golf course together.

After all the teams came in, we ate again and did trophies and raffle tickets.

We had so much food left that we brought it home and froze some of it. I even gave some to the neighbors.

Ella went to spend the night with Ella and we CRASHED into bed.

Sunday, August 15th-

Ian went to play golf with Chris and to hang out with Kathryn. While Ben and I picked up the girls for church. Then we went to lunch and a quick trip to Publix.

I came home and took a NAP and it was AMAZING. Then it was laundry, blog post, trash to the street, and my schedule for the week.
