Happy Friday Y'all! We are coming to y'all from Orlando. Ella and I are headed Universal Studios and the boys are headed to the golf course for a Father/Son Tournament.

Happy Birthday to my Ian Michael!

I can NOT believe my baby is 14 years old today. Where have the years gone??  I thought it would be fun to share some of my FAVORITE pictures of Ian over the past year... but first, let's start with my FAVORITE baby picture.

This picture is just so precious to me. Ian was in the NICU when he was born to regulate his body temperature and to get a round of antibiotics (I started running a fever while in labor and he got a fever from me). I had to leave the hospital on a Thursday and he couldn't come home until Sunday so every morning when I came back to see him this is how I found him. That was one of the HARDEST moments of my life...leaving my newborn baby at the hospital. Not to mention he was 4 DAYS LATE. He was the biggest baby in the NICU!

Friday Favorites | Field Trip Edition

Happy Friday Friends! thank goodness this week is almost OVER! It has been a doozy for sure. It's just a crazy time of year. Then Ben lost his wedding band and our dishwasher is leaking under our floor. Fun times! NOT! 

But onto some of my FAVORITES from this week!!

I can't believe we have a TEENAGER in the house. I swear it feels like he was just 2. We are SO proud of the young man he is becoming. We celebrated this weekend with 8 of his buddies at our house. Then ended the weekend with dinner with my family. Tonight we are going to a local restaurant for .50 cent wings. Perfect for a growing boy.

Throwback Thursday

A few weeks ago, I posted a 'Throwback Thursday' of Ian and Ella from about birth to 6 months. Well today, I wanted to share Ian from about 6 months to his first birthday!

Hello Monday! I hope you guys had an amazing weekend!! I know we did! Ian played in his first golf tournament on Saturday and lets just say he was on FIRE!! I will go ahead and warn you now....LOTS OF GOLF pictures! I'm not even going to pretend that I am sorry because I'm not! I am so PROUD of that boy! He has struggled for so long with his confidence and to go out and preform the way he did on Saturday just blew me away!!

Happy Thursday Peeps! I am so GLAD it's almost the weekend. It has been a crazy week around here. Ben's grandmother is not doing great. Thank you for all the prayers. Ella had some crazy tummy bug, Trixie got spayed. Mama needs wine and the weekend! :) 

I have mentioned several times that part of the reason that I started this blog was to use it kinda of like an "online scrapbook". I use to scrapbook ALL THE TIME! I started long before I had kids. I kept Ian's up to date till Kindergarten.... and Ella I'm not sure where her scrapbook stopped! Opps.... #secondchildproblems

So I thought it would be fun to add their baby pictures on the blog and enjoy a little 

Life Lately

Time really does need to SLOW down! 

I know I sound like a broken record....but my goodness! 

Just thought I would share a little bit of life lately.......

I started watching Gilmore Girls and now I can't stop! 

What took me so long to watch this show????
I can't wait for The Gilmore Girls Revival! 

I use I should have added Gilmore Girls to my "What I'm Watching" Yesterday on What's Up Wednesday! 

I know now where the "pig" part comes from on Guinea Pig! 

Daisy "squeals" like a pig when she knows she is about to be fed and she eats like one!! HA

We were refilling the timothy hay in her cage and she came out of her house and walked into the bag!! HA

This dude had an awards ceremony last week! He got perfect attendance for the 1st 9 weeks of school!! 

He has good grades in all his subjects except Math! It's kicking his booty and mine ;( 

He would NOT look at me for a picture! HA

Ben took his sales team to dinner at Maggiano's last week! It is a family style Italian food and it is heavenly!

I got this picture in the mail from the VSU Golf Coach!! 

We got school pictures back! When did they decide to get so big:( 

I got my grey covered up! 

Can't be going on 2 trips with "glitter" growing out of my head! HAHA

Can't be going on 2 trips with ugly nails either!! lol

I also did my Civil Duty and VOTED early! 

I also wanted to share a few Oh My Glitter creations lately.....

I mentioned yesterday that I am planning on reopening my shop! 

Here is some new items you will find when I reopen!

Friday Favorites

Hello Friday! We have had a good weekend! I finally feel like we are getting in our 'back to school' routine!! 

As usually on Friday's, I am going to share some of our FAVORITES with you!! 

Watching the Olympics has most definitely been a favorite around here!! 

It was awesome getting to watch the swim team bring home the GOLD! 

Golf started yesterday morning and I found my guys laying in bed watching it before work and school! Ben played against Bubba Watson in college, so its really cool getting to watch him in the Olympics!! 

Curling up with me on the couch after everyone has gone to bed and watching TV or reading is one of Duke's FAVORITE things to do!! Such a "ruff" life!

Spending Tuesday afternoons with this kid while Ella is at guitar lessons is a FAVORITE for sure!! This week we enjoyed our FAVORITE drinks!! 

I shared with you guys at the beginning of our summer break that we were "classroom sitting" Squeaky for the summer...well guess who is now a permeant resident!!

Leopard is my FAVORITE;) 

She has grown on me and I find myself talking to her in the mornings and at night when I turn her light on and off!! 

Am I the only one who talks to reptiles?? HAHA 

I worked on a few new goodies for my Etsy shop this week!! 

Trying to get a jump start on Fall/Halloween items!!

And I am just gearing up for football season around here! I can't sell these guys since the image is a registered trademark....but it doesn't stop me from having cute wine glasses for myself this football season!! :) This was my FAVORITE creation this week!! #godawgs

The PTO is sponsoring movie night tonight at Ella's school, so since I am the PTO president I went to Sam's yesterday to stock up on all the snacks and drinks to sell!! These events are a lot of hard work! but seeing the kids having fun and developing relationships outside of school is a FAVORITE for sure!! 

After Sam's I had a lunch date with one of my FAVORITE people, Talia!! It took forever to get our food, so we grabbed a quick selfie as we were walking to our cars so she wouldn't be late getting back to work.  Our eyes are half shut! HA but time and conversations with her will always be a FAVORITE!! 

When I checked the mail yesterday, I had HAPPY MAIL! A new Georgia headband from Angie over at Angecansew These nonslip headbands are my FAVORITE and it's my FAVORITE team!! You should check out her IG! 

If you have been reading my blog for a few months now then you know that my blogger friend Johannah and I started a recipe club a few months ago! Well look at this awesome new graphic that Johannah created for our recipe club!! It is about the cutest thing I have ever seen! Friday Favorites

It's Friday! YAY

It's Father's Day Weekend! We have a fun weekend planned that includes a road trip, golf, and a low country boil! Can't wait to share our recap with you Monday!! 

Today I am sharing a few of our FAVORITES this week!! 

Lazy Mornings with this guy!! He usually gets up before Ella, so he and I have sometime together in the mornings! This is when he is the sweetest and that is when he is my FAVORITE!! haha :) 

However, Yesterday afternoon I wanted to kill him! He was being a big ole brother pest to his sister and pushing every button I had! 

BUT we still LOVE him!! ;)

I'm trying really hard to make better food and exercise choices!! 

To make sure I am getting in all of my water I have added fruit to my water and I would have to say that strawberries and blueberries are my FAVORITE fruit combo!! 

I'm trying to squeeze in exercises throughout my day! I have been doing a 30 minute dvd workout in the mornings and yesterday as I was pressing a shirt for a friend I was doing calf raises!!

This girl will always be a FAVORITE! She is goofy and sassy but she has the kindest heart!! 

We took my sister's family dinner last night because she recently had arm surgery! 

Ella walked out of my nephew's room and said "Hey, look at my clown shoes!" 

I guess when you put your itty bitty feet in your cousin's size 13

You are wearing clown shoes!! hahaha

My FAVORITE 'Oh My Glitter' Creation this week is hands down this wineglass!

I love the black and gold combo........

But as a momma I always feel stressed and blessed and I am always wine obsessed ;)
