Strawberry Feta Salad

Happy Tuesday Sweet Friends!!
So I found another fun link up yesterday and I am so excited to join in with these sweet Bloggers!~!
I am joining The Queens for "Spiel the Beans"

I am "spieling the beans" about my FAVORITE Summer Salad

Strawberry Feta Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing

What you will need:
Romaine Lettuce
Strawberries
Feta Cheese
Sliced Almonds
Dried Cranberries

Dressing:
1/2 cup of Splenda
1 tsp salt
1 cup of vegetable oil
1/3 cup of white wine vinegar
1 tsp poppy seeds

Mix everything together really well except the poppy seeds!
Once everything is mixed well, add the poppy seeds and give another get mix!

Now for the salad!!

Here is how I make mine

Romaine lettuce on the bottom then topped with slice almonds, cranberries, and feta cheese!

Add my dressing and mix together

Then I add my strawberries and give it another good toss!

This salad is light and perfect for Summer!
I have packed it several times and enjoyed it at the pool!!
